What we are looking for
Sales & Situations
We invest in companies with annual revenues of approximately 5 to 50 million euros. Typical situations include company successions, management changes, carve-outs, special situations, as well as turnaround and restructuring cases.
Industries
Across all sectors, we are evaluating attractive investment opportunities, with particular expertise in industry, industry-related sectors, and business services. We are especially interested in fragmented and growing markets with potential for operational development and strategic consolidation.

Wir arbeiten hands-on, entwickeln unternehmensindividuelle Konzepte und setzen gemeinsam mit dem Management konkrete Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Operations, Vertrieb, Finanzen, Strategie und Organisationsentwicklung um.
